I work across the complete Data Science and Machine Learning lifecycle, from data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, EDA, and feature engineering to model development, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.

Lightweight 196,773-parameter student for binary COVID-19/Non-COVID CT classification, fusing a depthwise-separable CNN (Coordinate Attention) with a 134-D cubical persistent-homology descriptor (GUDHI) via reliability-aware gated fusion, distilled from a frozen EfficientNet-B0 teacher. Includes the full A0–A10 ablation suite, frozen split manifest, bootstrap CIs, and McNemar tests.

TopoLite-KD: Efficient Topology-Aware Knowledge Distillation for COVID-19 CT Slice Classification
